At Glow Float and Wellness, we have an extensive hygiene protocol. Although each session is 60 minutes, we allow extra time in between clients to thoroughly clean and prepare. Our Float pools contain 1,000 litres of water, maintained with filters designed for 10,000 litres and approximately 400kg of Epsom salts to prevent bacterial growth. Showering is required before and after each float.
You are encouraged to float nude. Swimwear may cause sensory distractions, as you may be more sensitive to touch in the float pool. All float rooms are private for your comfort.

We advise that after your session you monitor your skin for any irritation or adverse reaction overnight, if there are no irritations or reactions, you can use Red Light Therapy as much as you want.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or changes to your appointment. This allows us to offer the session to other guests who may be waiting.
Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours’ notice)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the session fee.
No-Shows
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will still apply.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a shortened session to avoid disrupting other bookings. The full session fee will still apply.

Prepaid Packages and Memberships
